How long will my order take to arrive?

May I order just one item?

My order arrived, but I only received part of it. Will I be receiving the rest of my order?

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within three-five (3-5) business days. Once an order has reached our processing department, it cannot be modified or canceled.



Order Minimums
In order to offer you the best pricing available many Object:Splendor items require a minimum quantity purchase. For your convenience, minimums are noted on every item sold.



Accepted Payment Methods/Security
We currently accept Visa and Mastercardl. Please order with confidence, the Object:Splendor web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com web server certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Object:Splendor is also a Verified Merchant with Authorize.net.



Sales Tax
Due to tax law, sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Massachusetts (6.25%). Orders to all other states are tax-exempt.



Cancellations and Changes
Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make any changes to your order or to cancel your order. After that time your order has reached our processing center and cannot be canceled or modified.



Shipping Policies
Many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier partners in order to save you time and money. You may receive your orders in multiple shipments and in some instances shipping may take two-four (2-4) weeks. If you need a rush order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.



Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States and are entered at check out. Your order will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS at our discretion. Rush delivery is available on certain items at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

Shipping charges are for your entire order even though items may arrive from our supplier partners in separate shipments.

Refused Shipments
Refused packages that are returned to Object:Splendor or to one or more of our supplier partners will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email to determine if the item should be reordered. Reordered items are always subject to availability.



International Shipping
At this time, Object:Splendor ships only within the United States.



Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Object:Splendor will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 3 days of receipt. Remember that some orders will ship in multiple shipments. Please contact us with any concerns.



Return/Replacement Policy
When you receive your order, please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Object:Splendor accepts returns for damaged items and incorrect items within three (3) days of receipt. If the item is damaged, you must report the damage within three (3) days of receipt of your order. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim. Object:Splendor will replace all damaged or defective items at no cost to you. If an incorrect item was delivered, please notify Object:Splendor within three (3) days of receipt and we will correct your order immediately at no charge to you. You will receive a full refund for damaged items or incorrect items if return request is made within the return policy time frame.

Non-returnable Items
Personalized items such as favors or cards, and any food products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any items returned after your event date will not be accepted. Object:Splendor reserves the right to deny any return.



Restocking Fees
Returns for anything other than damaged or incorrect items will be assessed a 50% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging within five (5) days of receipt of your order. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.



How to Return an Item
To return an item, you must contact us at info@objectsplendor.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, name, item you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please clearly mark this RA number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item(s) within five (5) business days of issuing the RA number. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

Any packages sent to Object:Splendor without the RA number clearly marked on the package, or more than five (5) days after RA number was issued, are not refundable.

Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade by artisans using traditional methods and materials. As a result, variations in size, shape and color will occur. Some metal items may rust over time and some finishes may age or fade. Natural variations in handmade items are not considered defects and such items are not returnable unless damaged.



Product Availability/Backorders
If your order includes backordered items, we will notify you of any delivery delay and if acceptable, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on backorder, you will be notified and given the option of having your “partial” order shipped and the remaining items will ship separately as soon as they become available. Estimated delivery on backordered items will be provided at the time of your order and a substitution may be suggested based on the timing of your event.



Object:Splendor Hours of Operation/Holidays
Enjoy shopping at Object:Splendor 24 hours a day seven days a week. Orders are taken on our website only, no phone ordering is available. For customer service inquiries, please email us at info@objectsplendor.com. You can also reach us by phone Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM EST at 508-742-8301. If you have any inquiries after hours please feel free to email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Order taking, processing, shipping and customer service will not be available on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Ev.e

Object:Splendor collects personal information when you purchase with www.objectsplendor.com or when you sign up for our mailing list.

Object:Splendor does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested when we have your permission. Object:Splendor may be required by law to share your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights to defend against legal claims, or when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Object:Splendor's Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law. Object:Splendor may transfer information about you if Object:Splendor is acquired by or merged with another company.



Object:Splendor limits access to personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
